2011 Camp
What a fantastic time we had again this year! Tents and caravans were set
up on the friday afternoon
and then everyone joined in the BBQ with plenty to eat and lots to talk about.
The teams were then picked and mascots duly made.
On saturday morning the turnout for BTO was excellent with everyone making a huge effort to gain as many points for their team as possible, the day progressed with gymkhana games and jumping. Horses and ponies were taken home for the evening and then the bull riding activity commenced, this proved to be absolutely hilarious and great fun and members performances were scored and counted towards the team points.... it was amazing how long the little ones managed to stay on.
Sunday morning dawned bright and early for show jumping competitions: the accumulator and pick your own line. Later in the afternoon some very ingenious fancy dress costumes were donned and then of course came the legendary 'Its a knockout!'
A wonderful time was had by all who came, riders and non-riders
